There is a “home test” for Sleep Apnea? If so, I’m sure I’d get a perfect score... umm, imperfect snore...

They sent me home with a unit to monitor me. Worked great the second time.

I'm still getting there with my CPAP. More power to you, brother.

We have a lot in common, though in different ways. I'm no stranger to health issues. My last surgery, last week was a piece of cake compared to yours, just a 5 inch hernia fixed. But on a daily basis I deal with Loeys-Dietz, a connective tissue genetic disorder. It comes with a a life expectancy of 37, so I'm giving it a run for it's money. Also did a sleep study years ago, but no real help. The conclusion was my brain won't sleep. I walk up ten times an hour, no typo, and only get drouze and dream sleep, zero stage 3 and stage 4 deep sleep. So I live on ambient and melatonin plus caffeine, which makes me sleepy because it's reverse for me. With all that, I now get a series of 1 to 2 hour naps through the night with walking around and more caffeine in-between.😃

I think the sleep study is also in my future - I've been known to stop breathing in my sleep and then start up again with an 'argh!'. This week I woke up, out of breath...

I've got The Rocketeer here at home, and honestly - aside from its significance in time & place, find it a bit overrated. Horses for courses, I guess...

It was more impactful when it was the only thing like it. Early 80s comics were very slick in both style and execution. Here was a comic that was intentionally created to seem dated.
