5 year old me and 11 year old me almost leapt out of my seat at the theatre when those cameos started, and then I just laughed when they got to the last one in that 'worlds collide' scene.

I'm a bit older than you, but yeah, it was really cool to see the greats again, wasn't it? And even that never-was was pretty cool, too.

Poor Sonya, hopefully it’s just a brief thing, and she’ll be back to her old goofy self.

Agree with you about McCarthy. Not my cuppa. I also get angry when "literary" authors write genre but the critics go out of their way to say it isn't really genre. Romita was my 2nd Spidey artist. I started with Ditko in Spiderman #1 (sold it years ago when it was getting in really bad shape). I did like Romita's style much better. As for the new Batman film (with hopefully the last appearance of the child kidnapper) I'm planning on seeing it in the theater. I mean, it's Keaton back!

I think you'll dig it. It's a nice reward for old fans.

Jury Duty had it's moments (the chair pants thing was wild), but I agree that it's the kind of thing that could only be done once.

More importantly, Gizmo & I are pulling for Sonya & you both.

Many thanks, bud.

I only watched clips of the CW multiverse episodes, mainly for the cameos. They had fun with a bunch of them, including Kevin Conroy finally playing a live-action Batman, Lucifer and John Constantine bantering, and Brandon Routh getting to play Superman again.

If you've seen those episodes (or clips), would you say the Flash movie does it better, worse, or about the same?

I hope Sonya gets better. All you can do is give her comfort and love. Even when she forgets, I'm sure deep down she knows you are caring for her.

So sorry to hear about Sonya , thinking of you all as I know these are difficult times. I was reading Spidy when John took over and although it was a bit of a shock it was in a good way , not many of the early greats left now sadly.
