I really loved the truly old throwback of OJ and the luggage! I'm an old Sabbath fan (only Ozzy) and Electric Funeral was alway a fave... now I seem to think about it all too much, as an anthem.
I didn't grow up anywhere near Texas, but felt every word of this. I get that the loudest voices online get the most oxygen, but I have to believe that the majority of us still share these same sentiments-the fate of our grand experiment kinda depends on it.
Awesome article, as always.
Thanks, buddy!

I mean, if you're gonna Sabbath, you gotta start with Ozzy. I'll give a shout-out to Mob Rules because Dio, but I'm not a fan of what came after that.
"War Pigs" is a given.
Crimson North Texas towns are why I try not to ever leave the Dallas city limits.

I appreciate that and I am choosing to believe in the best of people. It's hard some days, though.
I can't get the Hollies' "Long Dark Road" outta my head.
That's a good one. I'm working up a couple of playlists; I may share them at some point.

I almost posted Fear’s “Let’s Have a War” but I figure I’ll save it for when it’s really needed.
